Therapy and Therapy Intensives in Gig Harbor
Investment
TRADITIONAL THERAPY MODEL:
45 minute therapy sessions: The investment for individual therapy is $250 for individuals and $300 for couples/families.
My practice is out of network with insurance panels. I will provide detailed receipts (superbills) upon request in order to submit for out of network reimbursement. Most clients receive a significant reimbursement with out of network benefits.
I maintain a limited number of appointments for clients with Lyra Employee Assistance Program benefits and for sliding scale services.
INTENSIVES:
Premium Extended & Intensive Therapy Packages are a game-changer for clients who are looking for extended, creative therapy sessions to pursue accelerated progress towards therapy goals. I specialize in Grief Intensives, Postpartum/Motherhood Intensives and Intensives for the Messy Seasons of Life. These services range in duration from 90 minutes to 3 hours, providing focused time for healing and growth. Fees are $300-$400 per hour. Frequently clients who work with me for EMDR therapy will prefer to utilize extended sessions in order to move through processing at an accelerated pace. To inquire about availability and your unique needs, please reach out directly or visit my Intensives page for more details about the package that would work best for you.
